Dishwasher/ Busser
Position Details:
As a Dishwasher/Busser at DUB$ Brunch Bar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils and dishes, and assisting with bussing tables during service. Your contribution will be essential in creating a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for both our guests and fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils using dishwashing equipment or by hand. Ensure they meet hygiene standards.
Busser Duties: Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly during and after guest meals. Refill water glasses and provide support to maintain a clean dining area.
Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Cleaning and Organization: Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. Empty trash receptacles regularly. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and servers to ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant. Assist colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Dishwasher/Busser is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced restaurant environments.
Ability to handle kitchen equipment and dishwashing machinery.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$9-11 an hour
